Subway Insider
So I started the 10 hours worth of online training for Subway and I wanted to share my thoughts so far. I think it is relatively useful, but extremely repetitive. The way they present the information is in series of slideshows with short quizzes at the end. Anyone with an IQ above 75 could answer the quizzes without actually reading the slides, so all in all I've been flying through the training. After I get certified I have to go in on Tuesday and start on the job training. This should be interesting considering my coworkers are two 50 something old Indian men and I'm a 21 year old white male. I have a feeling this job is going to be very interesting to say the least!
